Through coaching, Elizabeth is able to work with parents, caregivers and supported living teams to gently integrate her methodology into the systems that already exist. These sessions can provide a sense of ease for all involved parties in daily life, at all life stages and throughout each phase of a client’s transition, whether that be a transition such as moving from elementary school to middle school, or from living at home to moving out as an adult, or a small transition such as a cancelled plan. Coaching sessions are respectful of caregiver capacity.

• Parent Coaching: For parents, this work is referred to as “untangling.” 1:1 coaching sessions with parents help provide Elizabeth with the client’s bigger picture. These sessions are used to reflect on client sessions, pass on concepts, integrate vocabulary, gather insight, and talk about the future and next steps.

• New Caregiver and Supported Living Coaching: This coaching provides caregivers with a basic knowledge and foundational understanding of who their clients are and what they value, reframes their behavior as communication, and teaches them how to communicate with clients effectively by honoring their sensory needs and building genuine, joyful connection. When caregivers are interested and involved with Elizabeth, the work goes smoother and faster.

Elizabeth offers consulting services to other professionals, such as teachers, therapists, and job coaches. With these services, Elizabeth listens to and learns about the existing philosophies and modalities. From there, she is able to work with these professionals to weave together methodologies and come up with an integrated approach that can effectively set up neurodivergent clients for success.

Trainings are available for professionals looking to duplicate Elizabeth’s work. Training sessions dive deeper into the methodology, neuroscience, tactics and tools used. The goal for trainings is to help caregiving professionals broaden their client base and for them to be able to replicate the work on their own. After trainings are completed, Elizabeth provides consulting sessions as ongoing support.
