Shifting interpersonal and environmental dynamics
This is my favorite category and one that requires everyone in the family/team to participate but it is also the most rewarding.
The focus has historically been on teaching neurotypical skills to the neurodivergent children which leaves huge gaps in development for the teen. To show up fully in your life you need to have a deeper understanding of who you are and how the environment and others can support you.
I excel and I specialize in helping teenagers find their center, learn how to communicate about what they need and want, which then motivates them to take on challenges and learn new skills.
